Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Taking clear photos and short video while un-boxing would be very helpful.

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request for a refund. 

    To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you satisfy above 2 points, and you will also need the proof of purchase email (Order Confirmation email).

    To start a refund, you can contact us at Use the same Order Confirmation email that you received when you placed the order, edit the email subject and add to it Refund, then write to us what happened and why you are requesting for a refund. Attach the photos and short video that you took while un-boxing.  

    Our team will reply within 2-3 days, and will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
